"nice and clean hotel.ont so big,but feel comfortable. all the staff are warm and well trained, specially some of them can speak chinese. there is only one thing: for foreign tourist who have trouble to read and speak korea language,it's no so easy to go to outside the complex unless you call a taxi."

"I liked: Very enjoyable overall, a few english speaking staff, can buy snacks and drinks at convenience store downstairs, great price through asiarooms Did not like: Pool is closed until July 1st! Can't always find english speaking staff"

"We went to Jeju Island just for a quick weekend trip. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. It did rain for most of one of the days there and it would have been nice if there were things to do at the hotel. We went during the off-season so the pool and the snack bar were closed. I will say that the beds are super comfy. This hotel is located within the Jungman Beach area which is good for people who want to be near the outdoor activities. (Mainly the waterfalls) I probably wouldn't stay at this hotel again but only because of the lack of facilities. "

"First thing to commend about this hotel is cleanliness - immaculate. The staff made an effort to communicate to us in English, highly appreciated - Extremely helpful despite the language barrier. Top class customer service! The food was prepared timeously and overall presentation of the staff/facilities/food was very impressive. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only snags with it relate to the distance to Jeju city (but then again, that's why it's a beach hotel), however there are busses to town every 20 mins which cost way less than the taxis - travelling costs can become a bit of an issue. An average return trip to nearby places cost approx. $14, however, I'd recommend a bus to town if traveling costs would be an issue; The room was surprisingly smaller than expected, however very comfortable - so much that we nearly missed all the breakfasts. All in all, me and my fiance are planning to return to Jeju Island in the near future, and will definitely be staying at The Suites."

"My only "dissatisfaction" was there was no air-conditioning at all during our stay there. The first call to the reception desk was not very fruitful - mainly because the staff didn't speak much English, and worse - they left us on hold! The 2nd call was a little better and they sent someone to help us out. It turns out that May is considered still "too cold" to have airconditioning. But after some poking, they pushed in a fan/air cooler and that kept us cool at nights. The problem was our room was on the ground floor, and because it was cold outside (and for security reasons), we had to shut the glass doors. But that left the room extremely stuffy! Aside from that minor hiccup, the rest was good. "
