In general the hotel was fine, but not really the luxury property as promised. If you consider the price of the other hotels in the area, it's a great value for the size of the room and the view from the room was spectacular. The service staff were excellent, though not everything was changed after the room was made up and a towel was left with a wine stain on it from the day before. While the hotel is full of facilities - and this may be related to the season - it seemed that almost everything was closed or unusable. Even the restaurant was only open for breakfast.
Lastly, while the land surrounding the property is really stunning, maybe, the hotel was a bit isolated. This was not a problem as we had rented a car, but without it we would have felt a bit stranded given the fact that the restaurants were not open for dinner.
I would stay here again given the view, service and beauty of the area at a good price. However, expect more of an oversized inn with a pool rather than a luxury full service hotel.

| "We stayed there for 4 nights, and we were quite disappointed. We have travelled to many countries in the world, and stayed in numerous hotels, however, this did not hit par. The housekeeping was slack, day after day forgetting the same things (eg: 3 towels for 3 people, coffee/tea replenishments etc.). Also the pool was only open from 10am to 7pm, which is totally inconvenient for a hotel thats a 15 min bus ride from the town/beach. We would be out for the day, and come back to a lack of anything to do! Also the hotel does not have a restaurant that serves lunch or dinner, and so we are forced to stay out for majority of the day, so as to be able to eat, because its not worth commuting twice! Housekeeping also failed to clean our bathroom and most of the room one of the days, which was a great annoyance. The staff were apologetic and friendly, but nonetheless we won't be staying at the hotel again! Good thing the island itself provided for a fantastic vacation." |

| "Very disappointed. The staff were the only saving grace.
No gym, despite being advertised. Facilities were not as specified either. No food! Had to travel to the ICC by shuttle, which was more of a staff pick up and drop of bus.
The whole stay was a catalogue of errors. It is just aswell I didn't write this straight after I got back as I was furious.
I don't want to do the staff any harm by this review, but this hotel is not worth the money but a long shot. In short, pick another hotel.
The staff were great though. " |

| "The place was okay, but no where near an ideal location to anything. The staff was friendly and spoke English, though that may be its only selling point. Nothing is in walking distance; however, the hotel does provide a free shuttle bus into town. From there you can catch a taxi or bus to wherever you may wish to go. My room was very stark considering this is supposed to be a four star accommodation. My bathroom also needed to be serviced as soon as I arrived at the hotel because the shower was broken. The front door to my room was also poorly hinged so it had to be pushed shut or else it wouldn't lock properly. I wouldn't really recommend this place to anyone; there are far better places in the area for a similar price." |

| "Hotel was good, right on the beach! Room was very clean, lots of towels...great place to stay! Only strange thing was that we wanted a king size bed, which we got but there was also a double bed in the room too! We thought that the room would have been better if the 'lounge' area was made bigger by taking away the double bed and adding a sofa instead and a larger table.
Food in the hotel was awful!!! We had steaks in the lobby lounge - really bad! The baked potato was awful and it had sweet cream in it!!! Yuk!!! We also ordered room service breakfast, which was bad too! It was luke warm!!!" |

| "My parents and I visited this hotel for 5 nights and we had a great time. Everything ran smoothly and the customer service was excellent. There were some Englsih speaking staff and they were very attentive and friendly. The location was beautiful, set in the mountains. It was a short distnace to the nearest resort where the hotel provided shuttle buses to. Overall, i would recommend his hotel to families and couples. The only downside I would say, is that the poolside starts fairly loud music late morning. " |
