"This hotel is simple and efficient, in a convenient part of Seoul. Rooms are quite small and shower / en suite is pretty tight, but the place is clean and well run. I'd recommend it to travellers and use it again in future. There seems to be a second, sister hotel just down the road with the same name, so watch out that you don't arrive at the other venue and find yourself wondering why you don't have a booking."

"This is definitely value for money accommodation. Whilst the rooms may be a little on the small side, you have to shower over the toilet (not that uncommon in a cramped city like Seoul), and house-keeping has a tendency to wake you up a little earlier than you'd like on Sunday morning....for the price you really can't beat the cleanliness, overrall comfort and location. Please note, you are not provided with any other bathroom products other than toilet paper and soap (so you need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste etc). It would be great if the hotel could tell you this earlier, however there is a small 24 hour convenience store nearby where you can buy whatever you need."

"really enjoyed the excellent central location, clean rooms albeit abit small for twin sharing, courteous staff, value for money. wonderful choice if you want to just shop and eat. shopping malls are open almost 24hrs and almost all eating places around dongdaemun stadium subway are open. easy to move around, just check out the subway maps, locals are helpful and would assist without you asking...hahah when you jsut look lost, someone's bound to just offer help. i have recommended this hotel to all my friends and will DEFINITELY stay there next time i go to seoul."

Comments:

I stayed at a 2 bed Apt. I asked for non-smoking room and as I entered the room, i can smell stale ciggarette, so I opened the window a bit for fresh air. The room was small as previously described, but neat and clean. My room was facing the street (hospital). Noise level is tolerable. There were 2 complimentary bottles of water in the bar fridge, and they also gave me 2 packs of instant coffee and 2 tea bags. Kitchenette is fully equipped should you decided to cook. Bathroom is super tiny and they only gave a small bar of soap and 3 rolls of toilet paper. Make sure to bring your own toilettries! Hair dryer is provided. No complants about the bed as its comfy as it gets. I forgot to bring universal adaptor for my mac and I borrowed it from reception. 10,000 won deposit is required, will be refunded upon return of the adaptor. NO WiFi, but ethernet cable is provided, internet speed is rather sad compared to the conection at the airport. I didn't try the PC near reception so can't comment on that. There were 2 PCs, one is out of order. Took the 6002 airport bus from Incheon, cost 9000 won. It took over an hour to arrive to Dongdaemun station. The distance from airport shuttle bus station to Co-Op is quite close. I had a nice Korean boy who took me to the hotel when I arrived (as I got lost in the maze of the markets) but I could walk to the bus station easily when I checked out. Basically you just have to walk straight up fr the hotel for 2 blocks and turn left at Jongno 5-ga. If you decided to take taxi instead of walking, make sure to ask the information desk @ Incheon airport to write down the address in Korean. The front desk is friendly, speaks descent english. I'd say the location is the best part of this place. It's close to subway, and Dongdaemun's market. I didn't try the resto downstairs as they have plenty of other options out there with reasonable price. If you decided to do a bit of retail therapy, make sure to ask for tax refund receipt from the shops & you can claim the tax back at the airport.
