3/5  Posted by MS. MACKINNON, Genny, Canada in February 2008
"The description of the hotel on the website was not quite accurate. Certain ammenities that said were available simply weren't, such as a sauna and a hot tub..there were neither. A sauna but only for men. Also the stocked mini and snack bar in our room only contained water. The staff did not speak English well and only one receptionist could understand what we saying. Also our heat broke in our room and we informed the front desk at 4pm when we left the hotel and came back at 10pm to find air conditioning on. And when I was in the bathtub the front desk finally came up and had to call an engineer. Needless to say our night was not relaxing. Overall the staff were not friendly and the food from the restaurant was barely edible. "

"Excellent hotel but could do with a better Restaurant. Very basic and cannot take many people. Tend to run out of food at breakfast time. Rooms are Excellent. Internet free excellent. No gym is a negative"
5/5  Posted by BOYDELL, Cherie, United States in August 2006
"The room was very nice with 2 twin beds and a nice bath and bath tub. We took full advantage of the free internet and also used the room service. I would be happy to bring my husband to Korea and stay at the Niagara Hotel hopefully in the spring of 2007."
