| "The room is spacious and clean. The best thing is there is a desktop computer in the room with free internet access. Location is quite convenient, about 10 minutes away from the nearest subway station. The front desk is proficient in English, and is helpful and friendly.
The only significant downside is that the corridor is very dated with filthy carpets. But then, how much time would you stay in the corridor?
I'll definitely stay at Biwon Hotel again." |

| "I recommend this hotel, even though I wasn't sure of it during the first couple of days there (into a five day stay). The hallways are not clean and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is very much that of a budget hotel. However, the service at the hotel is excellent, and the amenities are great (in my room I had a free computer and service, free supply of hot and cold drinks, etc.). The location of the hotel is fantastic and is located equidistant (about 10 minutes walk each way) from two major subway tracks. It is also about a 15 minute walk from two major palaces. Although the hotel should invest in some new carpeting in the hallway and make sure that every part of the hotel is clean, the area, my room (with beautiful hardwood floors), and the service made up for the shortcoming. | "I stayed here in August 2007. The room (#708) was very clean and had lots of aminities; a couch, big tv, surround system, dvd-player (dvds available in the lobby) and a pc with internet (you can connect your laptop). I heard that some floors didn't have internet but my room had. The bathroom is very stylish with steaming-option and multiple showerheads. Overall the room is very comfartable although it could have been a little bit bigger. The room closes of all light and sound and my nights were very good. The hotel itself doesn't have much facilities. No pool and no big lounge. On the top floor is a bar and a restaurant but don't expect much of it. The location is convenient because it is located near two metro stations (Hyewha and Jongo-5-ga) of two different lines. This is makes it a convenient starting point for exploring the city (which i did) and returning is therefore also easy. However, the walk to the subway is quite time-consuming 10/15 minutes. Underway to Jongno-5-ga however, you will find a dunkin donuts and paris baguette where you can have breakfast. At Hyewha station you will find a kfc, starbucks and kfc if you look for western food and there are plenty of Korean restaurants there as well.
Overall I would choose this hotel again and for 50 bucks per night, this is good value for money. " |

| "I have to say i was very impressed by the Biwon hotel.
For the money you pay i think the value is great.
I liked having the internet in the room.
Everything was decorated VERY well for a lower classed hotel. I wouldn't hesitiate to stay there again." |

| "My wife and I very much enjoyed our three night stay. We have the advantage of speaking Korean and this helped us greatly but the staff on the desk were very friendly and helpful. They showed interest in where we were visiting and even recommended the very popular next door restaurant! Room facilities were ideal including broadband internet connection which was so useful to us. All the facilities in our room were renewed and cleaned every day. The bed was firm and very comfortable so we slept very well. The view from the 14th floor restaurant were we breakfasted was stunning - overlooking the Changdok Palace with the Biwon Garden nestling in the hills behind it. Just one request! - it would have been nice to have been offered the option of cereals for breakfast as well as the standard American breakfast. Ideal for our needs and great value for money!
