| "I was very content overall except for the first room we had was located near the club and the music kept us awake. We should have addressed the situation sooner as when I did we were quickly moved to a much quieter room and even a nicer one. The staff at the desks were all very helpful and polite. the food was good and service great. My husband was a veteran of the war 1952-1953 so we are seniors now and everyone was very kind and helpful to us. Should we ever be able to visit S Korea again we certainly would choose to be your guest once again. Sincerely Mrs. Nutting " |

| "I personally feel that it was a good experience staying here, easy accessible(by walking), public transportation & many eatery nearby, the room rather in vintage design, recommend for honeymooners for the duluxe room perhaps,(more romantic with roses)& good budget for backpackers. " |

| "Too noisy as a disco is very nearby the hotel and its music is very high over the whole hotel at night until 5 to 6am." |

| "Besides the hotel location which is very near to Itaewon area and subway, anything else is just below average. The room is quite old and no common hotel facilies compared to others.
I would prefer to pay more to get a better one next time." |

| "The location was great. The price was great. $70USD. Unfortunately, the room needed refurbished. It was a good size but the furniture was terrible. Big, heavy and old-fashioned. Cream colored and decorated rather ornately with flowers and angels. The carpet was green floral and the wallpaper was green striped. This was enough of a reason for me not to consider staying there again. It was very hard to unwind in a room like that. " |

| "The only advantage of the hotel is the location. It is very convenient to get to the hotel from the airport and back. The airport limosine stops right outside the hotel entrance.
I will not recommend anybody to stay in this hotel as it is not worth the price paid. The hotel interiors and very old fashioned and the rooms give a feeling of depression. The aircon was not effective at all and the television was not functioning properly, in addition to only Korean channels being aired on it.
Overall, very poor management." |

| "The Crown Itaewon is located close to the main Itaewon area(5 min walk). There is easy access to two subway stations. Even though the facilities are minimal at the hotel there are many restaurants and a 7-11 close by. Be aware that there is no shampoo or toothbrushes available in your room." |
