| "Fraser Place Hotel far outweighed my expectations in terms of facilities, value for money, cleanliness and location. Nothing was too much trouble for the English speaking staff and the two bedroom apartment we stayed in was absolutely luxurious - no expense spared, even down to the torch and umbrella hanging neatly in the closet. The hotel was within easy walking distance of a lot of the attractions. For those travellers who have flown with Korean Airlines, I can highly recommend taking the Korean Airlines bus when getting to or from Incheon Airport. Located ten minutes walk from the hotel, just outside the Korean Airlines building you are greeted with a 'business class' style bus and service back to the aiport. All I can say is "well done", faultless." |

| "What a fantastic hotel! I have been travelling a lot but Fraser Place Central is one of the very best Hotels I have stayed at. I booked a single room and was upraded to a huge bedroom, lounge, kitchen and two bathrooms. Loved the swimming pool, sauna and gym and I made sure I used it every day.The location is great, close to City Hall. The airport bus doesn't stop in front of Fraser Place Central but close by. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Even the room service was fantastic. " |

| "Very well located (near the city hall and near Myongdong). Even if the limousine bus is not desserving directly the hotel, it is located near enough the bus stop to be convenient.
The room was beyond my expectations. Very clean, very spacious. Only negative point : No free internet connection. " |

| "Very close to the shopping area (5 minutes walking distance from Namdaenum market) and also very close to Seoul train station (less than ( minutes by taxi).
No breakfast on Sunday and the breakfeast could be more extended compared with other ***** star hotels. for therest a very nice, clea hotel with very large rooms, airconditioning 2 LCD/plasma TV's;" |

| "This is an excellent hotel with new, modern suites. The one bedroom suite was the largest one we have found in Asia --- even two bathrooms!
The buffet breakfast was only reasonable for a five star Asian hotel, but still very acceptable.
Rhe location is about 5 - 7 minutes walk to City Hall but taxis are not expensive.
Overall, great value for money." |

| "From Incheon airport, take KAL (fare=13k won) limo bus, alight at KAL building (CityHall), walk along the traffic direction to the next traffic light/road junction (don't go up the ramp) and you'll find Frasers Place. Alternatively, you can take the Airport limo bus (fare=8k won), drop at Vabien hotel and walk up against the traffic flow. Same 5mins stroll time.
5 mins walk from City Hall station (Look out for Exit 10. This is where KAL building is). 10mins walk from Lotte mart (Seoul station) and Namdaemun. 20mins walk to Namsan.
Frontdesk personnels speak english and helpful. Shuttle bus brings you to various destinations in the city but return is on your own.
Suites are brightly lit & packed with the usual service apt gizmos like LCD tv, dvd+hi-fi, full size fridge, microwave, washing maching, ironing board. Bonus = W/C being fitted with a handsfree jetwash/drying heated seat cover. Press one button to wash and one button to dry and you're good to go.
In-house restaurant is adequate. On the 2nd floor, there's playroom for kids, pool table and a little lounge where you can get beer at 20% discount off list price if you're a resident.
Outside, there's this little restaurant beside a 7/11 and directly facing the service/pickup lobby at the backlane that serves korean hot-pots, Not too spicy and excellent food quality and soup. 7/11 boss is a Korean. He stayed in Singapore before in the 80s. Speaks good english and understands singlish too.

| "We arrived at 1 am , in the morning , and were promptly greeted at the entrance , our suitcases taken care of , checked in and escorted to our room . It was a fully self contained 1 bedroom apartment of generous size with ensuite , 2 TV's , DVD player , safe , 2 air conditioning units , hair drier , ironing board and iron , ample storage ect ect . The on site facilties included a large swimming pool , spa pool , sauna's , full sized gym , billards room , guests lounge , and cafe to name some . The location was great being within walking distance of many of the CBD attractions .The subway is very close , as is Seoul Central Station . The Airport buses stopped nearby as well . There is a well stocked 24 hour convenience store next door . We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to returning here ." |

| "This apartment hotel has been open only a year and not surprisingly it is in excellent condition. The rooms are geared toward long stays and have full kitchen facilities with washer/dryer etc. - also large screen TVs with DVD players. The bathroom is just a nice shower unit with toilet and handbasin. The location is excellent, only 10 minutes walk from the subway system and centre of the city. The breakfast was only average but the biggest problem I found is that no rooms are designated as no-smoking. I was told the cleaners clean thoroughly and spray after each stay - but I was still aware of the smell of cigarettes from the curtains and soft furnishings. Goodness knows what it will be like after 2 or more years. I simply cannot believe the management of as good a hotel as this does not recognise the need for dedicated non-smoking floors!" |
