| "First impression of the hotel was ruined by a rude check in attendant who was most unhelpful, however after that, the stay was fairly pleasant. It is obvious that this hotel is heavily used by businessman and caters to that. However the room was good and fairly spacious. Facilities were good and a conveniant location (especially for shopping). Improve attitude and the hotle may be worth the 5 star price. " |

| "Expensive for what they deliver.
Ammenities are said to be the best available in Seoul.
They may have been out of stock.
I had to change my room since the first one I was allocated to was old, smelly low floor!
Great staffat the lounge and at the bar.
Front office self sufficient.
Not my favorite pick." |

| "Whats not to like about this place Location is best! I stayed in the club class room earlier this year and it was nice! Bathrooms were large well apointed service is excellent with good choice of restaurants and bars try (Grand Havana) if you like cigars and I do. With direct connection to underground mall its full of activities." |

| "I visited Seoul for the first time in April 2004, and I have to admit, anyone wishing to experience First Class, World Class service, will be doing themselves a huge service by staying here!
I have nothing but good things to say about all aspects of my stay in this First Class Establishment.
I will be returning to South Korea in the next 12 months, and I will definitely be staying in this fine establishment once again.
Asians definitely know how to take care of Business travellers.
