I want to recommend that this hotel must provide more internet systems. The front desk did not let me know even though my fax transmission came there." |

| "The room is clean, and the thing that I like best is the free access to one PC at the lobby. Staff speak English and are polite. Location is not good, about 10-15 minutes' walk to the train station which is impossible when it is snowing. Maybe OK to walk during Summer but not when the temperature is minus 5 to minus 10 degrees in the Winter.
Taking a bath is a challenge. It is almost
impossible to adjust water temperature. Then, when you think that you got it right, the hot water suddenly becomes cold. I suspect that it is due to another guest in another room taking shower at the same time. I asked Maintenance to look into the water heater problem but there was nothing they could do.

| "Good location-easily accessible from airport via airport limousine bus (jamsil 600);10 min easy walk to the nearest subway,even for my 6 years old boy. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and warm.A convenience store in the basement is a plus point." |

| "This place was great, rooms are quite small and the bathroom particularly so, but all the facilities you could need in a room - including full size fridge and washing machine/clothes dryer. The corner store type shop on the ground level was also handy for snacks etc. The gym/(pool?) was undergoing refurbishment while I was there and so was unavailable, but is probably up and running again now. The staff were very helpful - though occasionally there were some difficulties due to the language barrier. It was very clean and tidy - and warm - very important in winter. Not right in the centre of tourist destinations, but they are easily reached via the subway, the nearest station is only a 5 min easy walk away. Very convenient if you are attending a conference or such at the COEX centre as it is only 2 subway stops away, or a 15 minute walk. And a great price. " |
