| "All the service people were very nice. It was easy to get a taxi.
Location was excellent for all the things we wanted to do.
We didn't like the water running down on to the floor from the shower.

| "The facilities and service was very good if a bit impersonal, but I felt that the internet charges were too high, these days, a good business hotel should include internet in the room price or have a reasonable surcharge." |

| "Perfectly located hotel !!! Everything is within walking distance.
The hotel looks old. Especially bath rooms should have been renovated many years ago.
The little service we needed was good.
Highly recommended for its location" |

| "Great Location and we found Hollys Coffe House just around the corner as per a previous reviewer.
Hollys has free bread you can toast in the morning and free internet access....Great Coffee!!!!
KFC is also just around the corner if western style food is required as well as a small convenience store.
If You are looking for a great place to eat then check out the Lotte Department store's food Court (Beneath the hotel)This place is fabulous and has a great selection of Korean and other styles of food.
Check out the bakeries for yummy treats.
It costs about 2000KRW in a taxi...so cheap!!!!
The Koreana is also located close to the City Hall train station and easy to get around.
I also suggest you check out the Coex Mall (Train -Line 2)which costs 1200KRW each way.
Even Though Korea is somewhat more expensive than other Asian destinations, my wife & I enjoyed our stay.
*** Negative Note: The prices at the Markets were not that great as compared to the same type of goods in HKG or Bangkok." |

| "Great location! Has couple of good restaurants. Humble and warm Korean hospitality. Outstanding people though take a while to get you the right person who can speak in English when you call for room service or house-keeping. You also may not like the fact that they don't keep free English tea-bags or coffee pouches near the electric kettle (they give Korean or green tea) in the room and they don't have a swimming pool in the hotel. The spa is open only for men.. so my wife had to crib." |

| "I would avoid restaurants. Japanesse restaurant had only one customer. The food was not exceptional and the price high.
The tour personnel were excellent.
The KAL bus stopped right at the front door.

| "The toiletries inside the bathroom is minimal.
There's no shampoo or body bath.
Only 2 piece of lousy soap for my 4 day stay. They didn't even provide me new soaps.

| "As tourists this was not the most suitable hotel. Use of the spa, gym & internet was at an additional charge. The bathroom was elegantly laid out but when you had a shower you literally flooded the bathroom. The view from our window was across rooftops of satelite dishes and air conditioning units." |
