The facilities and service was very good if a bit impersonal, but I felt that the internet charges were too high, these days, a good business hotel should include internet in the room price or have a reasonable surcharge.

| "My wife, 11 year old son and I stayed 2 nights at the Koreana Hotel. We found its location perfect for both tourists and business travelers. There are many restaurants within walking distance and just a few minutes taxi drive from important and interesting tourist attractions and great shopping.
The stay was enjoyable, service was attentive and polite. We called about our air-condition not working and within minutes a person who spoke English arrived to show us how to work the system which is a little tricky.
For an enjoyable hotel it is very unfortunate and unexplainable why the room carpets are so-so-so dirty. The housekeeping was well done but the condition of the carpet is deplorable. Our friendīs room smelled strongly of cigarettes when they first checked in. " |

| "I haved a special liking for this Hotel since I have stayed here many times before over the past many years. Good location, good service,nice staff.
The management could take a look at changing the carpets and probably add some vegetarian food in the menu." |

Location was excellent for all the things we wanted to do.
We didn't like the water running down on to the floor from the shower.
