| "The entrance and lobby area were very well presented. The desk service was excellent.
Room cleanliness and cleaning were very good.
Would have liked tea and coffee facility in room.
The room was "tired" and need of an upgrade e.g. shutters broken, carpet worn, paintwork well-worn." |

| "Staff were good. The rooms were overdue for refurbishment.
The walls show their age and the carpet looks like it hasn't been steam-cleaned in 10 years.
Things were clean, but not clean to look at.
Food and drinks were ridiculously expensive.
Not good value!" |

| "Is good, as the bus transfer from airport to hotel is the first stop therefore it save time. Leaving the hotel to airport is fairly convenient as it go direct from hotel to airport without going round picking more people from others hotel.
Distance to train station is a little far but still alright to walk provided you are equip with warm clothing." |

| "The hotel itself is fine, but it is a very long walk to the nearest subway station; and in freezing February this was no fun." |
