| "Excellent location, and a comfortable room overall. My only problem is how, despite paying quite a lot, almost everything in the room was extra. The only 'complimentary' goods were a single bottle of water, soap stuff and a comb. They even charged extra for the toothpaste. I've been in budget hotels where everything except alcohol was complimentary. I found the same stuff in a convenience store outside at 3-5 times cheaper. Otherwise, it wasn't bad and the staff were efficient and polite." |

| "Near shopping and close to the subway. There is a food court in the dept. Store at reasonable cost too." |

| "The hotel's central location and staff's friendliness and speedy and professional service impressed me most. Amazingly close to the underground train station. It was a pleasant surprise that free shuttle service was available to Itaewan and Lotte World Hotel on the south of the River Han.
Only two complaints:(1) although we were given two extra hours late checkout, we were disappointed that room facilities like lights and heater were switched off at the official checkout time,(2)TV reception could be better.
All in all, would recommend it to those who are not too budget conscious." |

| "The hotel is nice located right downtown. As you can expect from a hotel of this category there are some facilities which may be used by all guests.
We stayed in the old wing of this building and the rooms may be a little bit old fashioned and obiviously unrenewed for some time. Also the fitness area with swimming pool is not really "last standard" but of course everything is clean and quite pompous.
Really negative to mention is the KAL-Bus Service to the airport in Incheon. This bus connects some of the five-star hotels in the center with the airport and is recommended by the reception in the hotel (there is no other bus/limousine etc. by Lotte). The price for that KAL-Bus is not too high but in the afternoon it is going every 30 minutes and has only 25 places! As you can expect have been more guests who wanted to use this service and some of them could not get in. I have been lucky and got a seat - but the last impressions of Lotte and this bus-service have been annoying.

| "The hotel is expensive but worth it. It is an extraordinarily beautiful hotel in an excellent location in downtown Seoul. Our room on an upper floor had a great view of Seoul.

| "Everything you'd expect from a luxury hotel. Check-in/check-out fast and efficient; usually (see below) very helpful English speaking staff; several restaurants and bars; a well-equipped business center; and a downtown location in the same complex as the Lotte Dpt. Store, and near shops, restaurants and palaces. I stayed in one of the standard rooms on the 28th floor; clean, normal-sized and with an excellent view. " |
