Really convenient location as the airport bus shuttle stops only about 50m away and the subway line no.1 is just 1 minutes walk away. Rooms were a bit tight but clean and tidy. Many restaurant just round the corner of the New Boolim hotel and Lotte Departmental Store, too. Thanks to all the staff at New Boolim hotel Seoul.

| "The staff is very friendly. The hotel is located 100 meters from a subway station (cheongnyangni, blue line number 1) which is extremely valuable. The hotel is rather clean but the neighbourhood is not recommended for families or romantic couples (lots of prostitutes). Breakfast is also to be avoided : it must be taken in the room (basically you eat in your bed) and it's really not great.
Overall, a very good hotel for budget travellers who are not afraid of dwelling into red-light neighbourhoods !" |

| "The hotel is very close to the airport bus, which is very handy to travelers who have to lug a lot of gear, the service is very friendly and helpful (although they hardly speak english), there is a free internet on the reception level, the room was large with very firm beds, the only strange thing was that there is a sheet covering the bed but not a top sheet for under the light blanket. we made a request to get more sheets but as the desk personal couldn't speak a lot of english there was a communication barrier.
the other thing is that the maid came in to clean without knocking which is not a good habit for the hotel.
Other than that, it is very close to the market, everything is close, the tube is very short distance, it was a good hotel to stay and recover.

| "The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! Its in a good location and great having a lotte department store right across the road! Its a little hidden as our taxi driver had problems finding it... so recommend that you get a korean person to write the address in korean for you to make life easier. Overall i enjoyed my stay and would stay again." |

It's a plus as the hotel is just a walking distance to Subway, bus sta. to Incheon airport & closed to Lotte department.
But it was not easy to locate the hotel main entrance. we took nearly 20min to find the hotel.
Hotel
Lobby area-very simple. Free internet access provided at the lobby area.
Corridor-bad smell and quite dark.
Room-very old and furniture was extremely dusty.No cleaning service even I had informed the Reception. Only managed to replaced 2 new bath towels but the old towels were still lying on the floor. My first impression on the room was very bad and I refuse to sit on the sofa or bed. It took me a long time to adjust my self in the room atmosphere.
TV-out of order and took 1 hour to replace a new one.
I hope the hotel will do something on the guestroom e.g. refurbishment or renovation. I'm with the improvement, there will be lot of repeat guest..like me.
