New Boolimm hotel, location is good, very close to airport bus
bathroom needs a lot of improvement, walls and ceiling has
dirty stains giving the unclean feeling,
.no shower curtain making bathroom floor wet and slippery , very dangerous;
.white towels are very old
.we were on third floor and there is only one stair well, no alternate fire escape

| "Location
It's a plus as the hotel is just a walking distance to Subway, bus sta. to Incheon airport & closed to Lotte department.
But it was not easy to locate the hotel main entrance. we took nearly 20min to find the hotel.
Hotel
Lobby area-very simple. Free internet access provided at the lobby area.
Corridor-bad smell and quite dark.
Room-very old and furniture was extremely dusty.No cleaning service even I had informed the Reception. Only managed to replaced 2 new bath towels but the old towels were still lying on the floor. My first impression on the room was very bad and I refuse to sit on the sofa or bed. It took me a long time to adjust my self in the room atmosphere.
TV-out of order and took 1 hour to replace a new one.
I hope the hotel will do something on the guestroom e.g. refurbishment or renovation. I'm with the improvement, there will be lot of repeat guest..like me.

| "Small room and even has a column at the middle of the room. Bad smell at the hall way. The room does not show similar to the pictures shown on the website. Was told that the pictures on the website are from the photoshop, not the real one." |

| "Removing an ashtray from a room doesn't make it non-smoking. It was hot and our eyes watered. My wife, toddler and I hardly slept a wink. Couldn't turn main lights off, so had to remove key from main switch by door, which meant no air con. Window was small, and a hard decision whether to open it and let raging disco noise and air in, or close it to a dull thumping disco and suffocate. A wrong right turn for an evening walk found my family looking at some pretty girls in windows. Quick u-turn. Disco finished at 2:00am, only to be followed by rhythmic thumping as the girls from a few doors down earned their money in the rooms around us. Constant fear of a drunk smoker setting the place on fire. Fire equipment in Korean hotels is a torch and a length of rope to escape with. Torch was missing, and rope was not where it was sign posted. Hotel staff friendly and helpful in morning as we found ourselves without enough korean won to pay for bus fare to airport. They exchanged Australian dollars, which they don't normally do. Chang-mal kunsumnidah for that! Wouldn't stay here again though." |

| "It was a decent hotel. A little run down, but ok. The location wasn't too great just because of the district it was in, but it was literally right next to a subway station so it made up for it." |
