"Hotel does not live up to even a 1 star expectation. Out of my 6 days stay in New Oriental Hotel, i managed to persue the front counter to have merely 2 hours of air-conductioning, miserable. It is also not the International Oriental hotel chain, the "Fan" logo belongs to the international oriental chain was used in the web, it is a mis representation, the Oriental chain should sue them. There is no saftey box, no proper dinning resturant, they do not cook, if you order meals from them, they will buy from outside of the hotel and charge you at hotel rate, the surround is under construction and could hard have a good rest, facing the hotel is a high way, as there is no air-con, the window have to open and the noise is beyond tolerable limit, take my feedback before booking this hotel."

"Hotel location is convenient, but the building itself is rather old and the rooms of questionable comfort."

"Arriving in Seoul on a hot afternoon it was disappointing to find that the airconditioning in the room was controlled elsewhere, and I could not turn it on. I like to be able to turn it on/off when I decide, not someone else. Room/bathroom very tired looking. Friendly staff."
