| "This was my first trip to Seoul so I can't compare to other hotels in Seoul but my stay was pleasant, the staff very helpful and the hotel has all the facilities needed for business. The only down side was the expensive price and quality of the food." |

| "The room was excellent and the amenities very good. The staff were all friendly and very helpful.
My only gripe is that you have to pay for internet connection in the room which was about US$15 per day -this adds to the total cost of the package.
Otherwise, the gym, pool, restaurants, bar and location were all great!" |

| "The hotel is good in general. the car park is OK, the room is a little bit small but acceptable, bath room is also acceptable, TV size is OK. The curtain is OK. The room were clean. The house keepping staffs OK. We did not trial to take food in the hotel. So we can comment on food.
We would like to suggest the breakfast be include in the room rate.

| "well for business trip to seoul i stay in this hotel at least once in a year. maybe this year twice.
this time, what i felt is the staffs in Novotel don't pay attention about guest's demanding.
I had asked someone come over to my room and help to close window. i had tried to close the window in my roon. But it was hard to close it. later, i asked someone come over and check the window at the front desk.. but anybody didn't come. therefore, i had to sleep in cold atmosphere as the window was opend for whole night. Hospitality industry... well i believe that they need to pay attention what quest want and have to take care of those demanding.

| "This hotel was good to accomodate non speaking korean guest. It is a high standard hotel with sufficient facilities. Location is good, will be better after the subway is completed. Close to the Gangnam main street, and close to other shopping centres like coex and lotte world.
The room can be a bit bigger though. " |

| "The price of this hotel room is acceptable for the business travelers who needs a place to sleep and shower. The room is very small to have any other guest to visit.Make sure to find another dining areas during stay. The hotel food is terrable. I had a breakfast and dinner buffet, the food was cold,dried and priced high for the quality of food.
I found that 5~10 min. walking distance, very clean, good restaurant near by the hotel.
Do not assume its 5 star hotel rating for this hotel." |

| "This hotel is better than the other Novotel in Seoul, with better room and services. A disadvantage is high speed internet access is not complimentary and is costly. Location is OK for business traveller like me." |
