| "Hotel has good size room and bathroom. Room is well serviced and clean. Breakfast is expensive and is not good value. Staff is not friendly and not very helpful. KAL limousine bus for the airport is at door however hotel is not in central city. It is 15 mins walk to Gangnam subway station. Shuttle bus provided by hotel to Itaewon however it only runs every 2 hours and is not regular." |

| "This was my first trip to Seoul so I can't compare to other hotels in Seoul but my stay was pleasant, the staff very helpful and the hotel has all the facilities needed for business. The only down side was the expensive price and quality of the food." |

| "The room was excellent and the amenities very good. The staff were all friendly and very helpful.
My only gripe is that you have to pay for internet connection in the room which was about US$15 per day -this adds to the total cost of the package.
Otherwise, the gym, pool, restaurants, bar and location were all great!" |

| "The hotel is good in general. the car park is OK, the room is a little bit small but acceptable, bath room is also acceptable, TV size is OK. The curtain is OK. The room were clean. The house keepping staffs OK. We did not trial to take food in the hotel. So we can comment on food.
We would like to suggest the breakfast be include in the room rate.

| "well for business trip to seoul i stay in this hotel at least once in a year. maybe this year twice.
this time, what i felt is the staffs in Novotel don't pay attention about guest's demanding.
I had asked someone come over to my room and help to close window. i had tried to close the window in my roon. But it was hard to close it. later, i asked someone come over and check the window at the front desk.. but anybody didn't come. therefore, i had to sleep in cold atmosphere as the window was opend for whole night. Hospitality industry... well i believe that they need to pay attention what quest want and have to take care of those demanding.
