"I had stayed in the Residence before and had a wonderful trip. So I reserved to go back again next time I was in Seoul. The room we got was not what we reserved. The second room who two single beds for my gf and I, the beds were much harder, and the room was overall less comfortable. When I asked to be moved to a different room the staff was no help."

"This serviced residence was more or less satisfactory, with generally clean and quiet rooms, decent service and facilities. Location wise it is quite near to a subway, altho' you must spend some time to get to central locations, but for the price you get, the hotel is quite worth the money. The only sore point I encountered was the extremely rude hotel staff in the basement, when I had a very minor accident in the gym but instead of first asking me if I was OK, proceeded to give me a telling off about not damaging the floor because of the equipment!!! Total lack of customer-oriented mentality and it shows a very ugly picture of Koreans."

"Clean, compact room. Friendly staff. Close to subway, mainly local shops nearby. Only 2 mugs in room, need own crockery & cutlery to self-cater. Great value for money. Would use again."

"Nice and clean place, the room size is small but convenient. location is somewhat isolated but there's a subway station nearby... Not too close to shops/big street but overall I enjoyed my stay. Will come again for the good price."

"Well the hotel stay there at the Ohmokgyo Co-op was okay I guess besides the fact that I requested in my reservation a extra bed because we were a family of four and that request was never heard or met. The location of the hotel is also one thing the surronding area is like living on the industrial side of pittsburgh with a bunch of steel factories around, even though the hotel is close to a train staion that is the only convient thing. it's far from the markets and it's far from downtown but that train is the only thing that saves the hotel the bar on the first floor only serves beer and soko so don't ask for brandy or vodka. They speak very little english we had a couple of communication snags but luckily they speak Japanese in which me and my spouse are very fluent. in all we had a good time in seoul but i do wish i would of did a little more looking into the details of the hotel. I suggest you save this hotel option as a last resort."

| "The Ohmokgyo co-op Residence hotel is very nice, I can fully regard this 3-star hotel to anyone who wants to spend his or her time in Seoul comfortable.
The staff is very friendly and speaks part. very good english, the rooms are clean, you got LCD TV, Aircond., big bed everything new. (The Hotel I stayed has been build approx. 12/04) Internet for 7 days costed 9000 Won, canteen was good-ok. (costed 4000 Won)
Only minus, the area in which the Hotel is, is not so good.
Looks like a industry and manufacturing place for metals etc.
(Hotel at Pyongyang Station).
Hint :
Incheon Airport -> Bus to 'Mokdong Station' (6500 Won) -> Taxi to Hotel (4000 Won)
Metro is very inexpensive... :)

"As with all other CO-OP hotels in Korea, the rooms are very clean. The location of Ohmokgyo co-op Residence is ok but just keep in mind that the airport limuosine buses does not stop nearby. You have to change over to a taxi which costs around 5000won."
