"The best hotel for tourist people, all subway stations, shuttle bus to the airport, tourist bus stop are nearby. "

"I stayed at this hotel with my family. The location is in downtown area and you can reach all historical and shopping places without any difficulty. transportation is no problem and taxis are available. The hotel staff is extremely helpful and speak English. The Duty Manager even provided with us free transportation to Airport, without even requesting. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends, who will visit Seoul. "

"Excellent place to stay close to downtown. I would like to stay again if ever I will go back to Seoul Korea for holiday. "

"Just one problem with your hotel was, that your people on the desk or the others / taxi order.../ do not know english language enough and they could not fully understand our needs. "

"The location of this hotel is very good. There are a number of eating, drinking and shopping places within walking distance. The subway is also within reach. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The cleaner always touch up my room and change the towels daily. For a 4-star rating, I think the room needs some renovation as it looks old and gloomy. The lighting needs improvement. It will also be good to provide an ironing facility. "

"The lighting in the room was inadequate with no main lights but a few lamps. I had to ask for a few more just so that I could see what I was doing. However reading at night was impossible. TV reception was extremely poor with very few channels. The remote wasn't working. The bathtub is very narrow even for a proper shower let alone a bath. It was the first hotel I stayed in where you had to pay for shampoo and conditioner. It would be nice if there was a clock in the room, free bottled water and some tea/ coffee making facilities. One morning, Saturday to be exact, I was rudely woken up very early by a phone call by someone who I guessed to be a Japanese tour organiser. Then a bit later woken up again by a male hotel staff who vigorously knocked on my door. Then again by a female cleaning lady asking whether I am checking out that day although I was scheduled to check out the next day."

"The greatest and only flaw of this hotel is no internet. Rooms don't have wireless nor cable connection so the laptop you brought with you is partly useless during the time you stay here. There is a business center on the second floor but it'll cost you 3,000 won for 10 min internet, which is quite ridiculous, even for Korea. The room itself is in itself comfortable and clean so no remarks there. There is a nice but pricy cafe on the ground floor and an expensive restaurant on the 31st. The main reason for anyone choosing this hotel should be the location. "

"Not a 4-star hotel like we in the US are use to. No iron in the room and had to share the one iron in the hotel in another tower with the laundry service (which was expensive). If you dont bring your computer you have to pay to get email or use the internet in the business center (would be nice if they would give guest a quiet room and computer for use (like we found in South Africa). No clock in the room. No drawers or places to store our unironed clothes and we were on stay > 1-week. Breakfast buffet was the very same every day-got boring. Location was perfect. Did Have 110 Volt outlets in the bathroom which was very nice. We were really pleased to be able to get 2 beds which we were told were not availabe (and believe me one double bed would not be tolerable). The entry to the bathroom had a step up which was easy to trip over and turned on a light that was safer but of course turned ont he light to the room every time any one got up at night. Thought it was a little pricey but dont know the comparative rate around downtown. "

"Great location & very courteous staff. I am always amazed wt Korea can do w/out cheap foreign labor."
5/5  Posted by MS. MCCLARY, Carolyn, United States in June 2007
"This room needed an alarm clock. I was very pleased with the location. My travel companion and I attended the wedding of a friend's son in a hotel only a block away. We walked to the wedding and back to the hotel. It was a perfect place for us to stay. "
