"The best hotel for tourist people, all subway stations, shuttle bus to the airport, tourist bus stop are nearby. "

"I stayed at this hotel with my family. The location is in downtown area and you can reach all historical and shopping places without any difficulty. transportation is no problem and taxis are available. The hotel staff is extremely helpful and speak English. The Duty Manager even provided with us free transportation to Airport, without even requesting. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends, who will visit Seoul. "

"Just one problem with your hotel was, that your people on the desk or the others / taxi order.../ do not know english language enough and they could not fully understand our needs. "

"The location of this hotel is very good. There are a number of eating, drinking and shopping places within walking distance. The subway is also within reach. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The cleaner always touch up my room and change the towels daily. For a 4-star rating, I think the room needs some renovation as it looks old and gloomy. The lighting needs improvement. It will also be good to provide an ironing facility. "

"The lighting in the room was inadequate with no main lights but a few lamps. I had to ask for a few more just so that I could see what I was doing. However reading at night was impossible. TV reception was extremely poor with very few channels. The remote wasn't working. The bathtub is very narrow even for a proper shower let alone a bath. It was the first hotel I stayed in where you had to pay for shampoo and conditioner. It would be nice if there was a clock in the room, free bottled water and some tea/ coffee making facilities. One morning, Saturday to be exact, I was rudely woken up very early by a phone call by someone who I guessed to be a Japanese tour organiser. Then a bit later woken up again by a male hotel staff who vigorously knocked on my door. Then again by a female cleaning lady asking whether I am checking out that day although I was scheduled to check out the next day."
