Most likely
ACCESS. The hotel is very conveniently located an easy 5 minute walk from the Seoul National University of Education metro station, where 2 lines intersect - the green line and the orange line. To get to the hotel, you'd need to use EXIT ONE (very important to note especially on the day of arrival from the airport - you can easily get lost and asking for directions is nearly useless unless you speak Korean or meet some who understands English). After emerging from EXIT ONE, walk with the flow of traffic for about 5 minutes and you should arrive at the hotel's main entrance. FRONT DESK. This is manned by staff whose grasp of English ranges from the bare minimum to fluent speakers. I noted that the day time staff spoke better English compared to the night staff, in general. As my booking was pre-paid, I was surprised they didn't take a copy of my credit card imprint for incidentals. I was issued a REAL key (not a key card) although the doors had some form of electronic locking system (by keying in a PIN number but we weren't shown how; neither were instructions available). The signposting around the hotel was in Korean and English. FACILITIES. This is a basic hotel with a fitness room and a business centre and not much else. We didn't use either as the hotel was a place for us to crash at night primarily. The Outback Steakhouse in the hotel basement is run independently and serves Australian-style meals. They offer a free appetizer to diners staying at the hotel - show your room key as proof. We didn't get to patronize the sky lounge at the uppermost floor - this promised a clear view of the cityscape. THE ROOM. We were booked into a superior room - one queen bed, lounge cum dining area, TV (with a generous number of Korean, English and international channels), kitchenette, full-size dual compartment refrigerator, washing machine cum dryer and a toilet cum shower (no bathtub). Note that there is a gas supply and stove top for you to prepare meals BUT only one saucepan provided. The upstairs area was a real letdown - only children will be able to stand upright - I estimate the floor to ceiling height there to be between 1.2 to 1.5 metres. The kids enjoyed hiding out there and playing, though, and it served as a useful place to store our luggage and shopping. The walls are thin. Activities in adjacent rooms were clearly audible. We were privy to at least 2 romantic trysts and one illegal party (which went on until 4am one night). Ear plugs are recommended. The room was reasonably serviced when we were there, although various supplies were not replaced unless we asked the room attendant (e.g., coffee and tea, dish detergent, bath soaps and shampoos, etc.). THE SURROUNDS. A large number of value-for-money eateries are distributed behind the hotel. Across the road is a Lotte supermarket (in a nondescript office-looking building named Central Plaza). A number of convenience stores (Family Mart, GG25, 7-11) surround the hotel. A Starbucks and a traditional Korean cafe are on the same side of the road as the supermarket. Chicken and beer places everywhere (pretty good tasting chicken available from 2-2 Fried Chicken to the right of the hotel's front entrance make a decent emergency meal).

"The room was clean and had al the amenities one needs. The staff was very friendly and helpfull and there are several underground lines nearby which is very convenient. "

"The room was very large but due to the wood flooring and high ceilings the internal noise was terrible. Anyone in a room above wearing shoes was audible, especially the lady wearing high heels who rose around 6 am every day. Temperature control was very poor so my room was extremely hot for the 1st 3 nights. Reception informed me that I had to press a button on the heating control panel to get hot water, a real novelty. The Café / Bar was dark and expensive with a limited choice of food. Location was OK but I’ll will never be back at this hotel again. "

"Spacious rooms! clean! amenities such as refrigerator, stove, washer and sink was great; also has a more than adequate fitness center; only drawback to the whole experience is that the shower is terrible! The pressure was non existant so it was like beads of water falling on your body."

"My wife & I recently stayed for 9 nights at this Hotel & can recommend it with some qualifications, namely 1. the hotel's own website misleadingly shows the same picture for both the Deluxe & Standard rooms so, apart from room size, there is no indication of any difference in the standard of accommodation. The website also shows a bed & sideboard in the mezzanine area but our room (& the room next door, which we investigated one day after the occupants had checked out) contained nothing other than a sideboard 2. the hotel's website states that rooms contain a "fully functional kitchen with crockery, utensils and built-in refrigerator". The crockery & utensils consisted of 2 cups and 2 teaspoons. There are no plates or pots to take advantage of the gas cooktop. Also, 2 teabags and 2 coffee sachets are provided but not replenished, nor is any milk supplied 3. the window in our room was so dirty it was difficult to see through 4. dusting appears to be unknown to the cleaning staffThat said, the room was quite spacious although quite dark and the bed firm but comfortable. The bathroom contained an excellent shower enclosure and the towels were of good quality and changed each day if required. The hotel is well-placed being 5 minutes away from subway lines 2 & 3 and with a number of mini marts, coffee shops, bakeries, pizza restaurants etc within a 2-10 minute walk. In addition, the staff at reception were always helpful and courteous and most spoke English quite well We transferred from and to Incheon by limousine bus via the City Air Terminal at COEX, which was a W5,000 taxi ride to and from the hotel In a city where accommodation is relatively expensive, the Provista provides an acceptable alternative"
