The Ritz Carlton was a great hotel for a first time visitor to Korea, convenient location, close to shops and an excellent hotel.
Service was great, comfortable environment, facilities were wonderful, television in the bathroom just gave it the edge. The only negative was the charge for the internet-very pricey!!!
Overall, I really enjoyed my time at the Ritz Carlton and will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

| "We only stayed one night at the Ritz Carleton but had a very nice stay. The room was Club level which was a pleasant surprise. We dined in the Hotel on the main floor in the outdoor restaurant, great food and wine. The room had a great Balcony that was as big or gigger than the room. We were pleasantly surpised with all aspects of the Ritz Carleton and we will be back.

| "It was my first time staying at the Ritz-Carlton, Seoul and I had a pretty good experience. The service was great, people were friendly, and the the hotel was also conveniently located. I was, however, was surprised at how complimentary toothbrush and tootpaste wasn't provided. It wasn't a big deal but I was just a little surprised. Other than that, I was satisfied with the service. " |

| "The hotel staff were excellent in every way. They helped me with finding nearby locaitons, such as subway entrance, etc... as well as helped me find things/services inside the hotel.
The Hotel is in a business district with not much fun around - takes some walking to get to things, so I marked it down as far as location, but it is a really nice hotel - excellent with a gym and full of services including incredible in-room dining - Amaing Japanese style breakfast!!
I don't speak much Korean, unfortunately, but even though I didn't, staff there seemed to all speak English well enough that communication wasn't a problem.
The room I chose wasn't very plush or anything I would expect from a Ritz Carlton in the States, however it was nice and clean and fully stocked.
Overall I would stay here again, but it wouldn't be my idea of a romantic room for a getaway, better for business stayovers etc..." |
