The service was excellent throughout the hotel.
The only issue I had was the regular breakfast buffet; the selection and quality of the breakfast was not to the standards that 4/5 star hotel should have. I've stayed in 4/5 star hotels in different countries around Asia and had a better experience.

| "It was my first time staying at the Ritz-Carlton, Seoul and I had a pretty good experience. The service was great, people were friendly, and the the hotel was also conveniently located. I was, however, was surprised at how complimentary toothbrush and tootpaste wasn't provided. It wasn't a big deal but I was just a little surprised. Other than that, I was satisfied with the service. " |

| "The hotel staff were excellent in every way. They helped me with finding nearby locaitons, such as subway entrance, etc... as well as helped me find things/services inside the hotel.
The Hotel is in a business district with not much fun around - takes some walking to get to things, so I marked it down as far as location, but it is a really nice hotel - excellent with a gym and full of services including incredible in-room dining - Amaing Japanese style breakfast!!
I don't speak much Korean, unfortunately, but even though I didn't, staff there seemed to all speak English well enough that communication wasn't a problem.
The room I chose wasn't very plush or anything I would expect from a Ritz Carlton in the States, however it was nice and clean and fully stocked.
Overall I would stay here again, but it wouldn't be my idea of a romantic room for a getaway, better for business stayovers etc..." |

| "receptionist at check in was rude - made some remarks that i thought was totally unbecoming of the usual korean service i had received throughout all my visits and stay in other hotels.
other than the rude receptionist, the service from all the others was good.
i will rather not stay in this hotel in future as my check in experience at 6am in the morning was really bad
