| "I stayed at the Casaville, Shinchon for 10 days and have enjoyed my stay very much. The room size is good but not enough wardrobe space for longer stay and the bathroom is very small. Otherwise, the location is excellent and convenient for anything from transportation to food, shopping, clubbing, etc ^_^" |

| "I will recommend the CasaVille Residence Hotel to my friends. Sinchon is a wonderful section of Seoul close the subway and so many buses. This hotel provides a good location and a nice studio apartment accommodation. " |

| "The hotel was perfect for our needs. It is right beside the subway and convenient to many restaurants. We actually stayed there twice, once for a night and then went back the next weekend for 2 nights in the triple accommodations. The double is good, a little small, but for the amount of time we stayed in the room it was perfect. The triple is much more spacious. The staff is very friendly and helped me find directions, even calling the place and printing it out on the computer. Breakfast was fine - it sure beats trying to find a place in the morning. The have a fridge, microwave and stove and dishes in each room. It was very clean. I would definitely stay here again. " |

| "Best thing about this place is the location. It is extremely close to the airport bus stop, subway (Line 2), and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. In fact, there's a Lotteria (burger restaurant) and Tous Les Jours (bakery) right next to the residence on the ground floor. There is also free breakfast every morning if you wake up in time.
I had a standard room, and it was adequate. The bathroom will be considered extremely small for westerners but not something to be deterred by.
There aren't any facilities really, since this isn't a hotel, just a laundry room and small business center to use the Internet.
No opinion about the staff because I never had to contact them about anything, but they seem pretty nice and willing to help.
Overall, I say this is a great place, especially for younger tourists that don't want to stay in hostels." |

| "The place for storing cloathes and underwear is unconvenient. There was much space, but the furniture was not deep enough for convenient storing. There was now room in furniture high enough for hanging the trousers. And it would be convenient, if I enter the room for my coat near the door. In the bathroom I missed some space to store shampoo, creams tooth brush etc. The room was to warm and to cool it down you has to use the aircondition. It should be possible to regulate the heating.
But the stile of the room was very nice. There was now problem to go on internet with my laptop.
The staff and the cleaning service of the reserved residence was very helpful.
The location is 100m from the subway station and there are also a lot of restaurants and cafés near by." |

| "Great value for the money. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great location with many shops and places to eat a few short steps away. Even a money exchange close by. Highly recommend this hotel. Especially if you are staying in Seoul a week or more. " |
