I stayed here in March 2007 for several weeks. It was great...new, clean and comfortable. Internet was provided, and everything was available right near the hotel. As it is a serviced residence, not many services are provided, such as a pool or gym. But, all I needed was a nice room with internet which is close to bars, restaurants and the subway, which this residence provides well.
