Best thing about this place is the location. It is extremely close to the airport bus stop, subway (Line 2), and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. In fact, there's a Lotteria (burger restaurant) and Tous Les Jours (bakery) right next to the residence on the ground floor. There is also free breakfast every morning if you wake up in time.
I had a standard room, and it was adequate. The bathroom will be considered extremely small for westerners but not something to be deterred by.
There aren't any facilities really, since this isn't a hotel, just a laundry room and small business center to use the Internet.
No opinion about the staff because I never had to contact them about anything, but they seem pretty nice and willing to help.
Overall, I say this is a great place, especially for younger tourists that don't want to stay in hostels.
