| "The room was more than we expected with a microwave, kettle, washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, iron with ironing board. these are items we do not find in most hotel rooms. There was also a standing fridge and this was advantageous as we bought quite a fair bit of fruits and stuff that needed refrigeration to bring back. There is also a free shuttle to take you to the Lotte Mart or tourist spots on certain days and bring you back.
Airport limousine coach stop right in front and the subway station is also a few steps away. There is a 7-eleven downstairs as well as Korean steamboat restaurant which was pretty good at reasonable prices. Spicy stuff tho! A steakhouse is located within the hotel as well and Lotteria and Macdonalds is within walking distance.
The only snag is that it is not within walking distance to shopping areas so you have to take a cab that will cost around 2000Won to Namdaemun. Of course if the weather is good, you can actually take a slow leisurely walk to Namdaemun n Lotte Shopping Mall. We unfortunately went in summer so it was abit hot for a walk.
Overall I would consider staying there again. " |

| "This hotel is a real find
A 24/7 supermarket is on the ground floor serving basics and an Australian style restaurant and bar is on the first floor.
Hotel very close to tube station although we found that most areas were within easy walking distance
Airport limousine bus from incheon airport (number 605) has drop off point close to front of hotel (cost of 9000KW per person).Takes approx 1 hour and much cheaper than taxi.
Staff friendly and had reasonable understanding of English, the only suggested improvement would be to provide a kettle in the room. There was, however a coffee maker. Guests should take time to visit the 'sky park' on the roof for amazing views of seoul." |

| "This hotel is great value for it's price!
The location is pretty good, the airport shuttle 605 stops right in front of the hotel and the subway station is just minutes away.
The room I got was big. It is a serviced apartment and comes with a kitchen, sofa set and more space than you need. The interior is also nice, new and comfortable.
Highly recommended!

| "After a long flight it was a pleasure to arrive at Vabien and be greeted by the friendly desk staff and quickly checked in.
Our room was large, bright and clean... and the bed was really comfortable! Being winter the room was also nice and warm.... I think the floor was even heated!!
Although we didn't use them, there were restaurants available in the hotel and also a handy convenience store open 24 hrs, which was great as we had basic cooking facilities in the room.
Vabien II is centrally located making it a great spot to explore Seoul from. Lots of reestaurants, markets and transport are close by.
We enjoyed our stay and would use the hotel again." |

| "overall: very good hotel
more detailed:
The location is very central, you can walk nearly everywhere interesting by foot. I had a room in the top floor (19th) and it had a great view over Seoul. There is a small garden like area on the roof top, which has a even better outlook. The room was very clean and modern. It has even a kitchen(!) with a waching machine and a big fridge. The hotel seems to be quite new and so it is very modern inside. I was surprised about the good english of the the personnel and its friendliness. It has a floor heating system that is a little difficult to configure, but very nice in the morning ;) The 7/11 in the ground floor allows you to buy some food or drinks at normal prices.
I have seen much more expensive hotels, with much less comfort.
All in all IMO it is nearly the best place to stay for a short vacation in Seoul. " |

| "It is indeed a discovery for me and my family as this is the first time we stayed in a service apartment in all our travel abroad and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
In fact we will now be able to travel lighter as we can can wash our clothing and iron our daily wear like we do at home. It is indeed a home away from home.
The counter staff is very helpful and polite. In fact I left some tips and biscuit at the pantry tray for the housekeeper cleaning the room for a job well done.
Will definitely recommend friends to stay here. I will be staying here again in June 2008 when I am in Korea to attend the APOSHO 24 hosted by Korea Occupational Safety & Health Agency (KOSHA)
Thank you

| "I arrived here last Nov.8,2007...The location is not very good which i should have stayed in Itaewon as that is where most of the foreigners stay...But it is ok i am very happy with my room..It was spacious, i stayed for 5 nights so the washing machine really helped me clean up some of my used clothing because i was still heading to Tokyo Japan...And there is the microwave and fridge..This room is good for family...And one good bonus is the free internet use in the lobby ...cheers ...I am happy .....And one more thing there is a Seven-eleven store in the lobby which is very convenient for drinks and some snacks..." |

| "This was my first time booking through AsiaRooms and what attracted my wife and I, was the low room rates - about 1/2 of what a hotel in that area would normally cost. What I received was a room that was somewhat less than my expectations but was still an overall value. The Plus- was an excellent location for those, like us, travelling from the Seoul Station (KTX train passengers). The hotel was an easy 15 minute walk from the station (much shorter cab ride). It is located on the west edge of Downtown Seoul and is easy walking access to the main markets and shopping in the downtown core. The hotel is well kept with friendly staff. When I booked, I had asked for a non smoking room with a queen size bed. What I received was a smoking room with 2 twin beds. As I had booked late, I was aware of the risk of this happening. The room came with a kitchenette which I did not expect (included washer/dryer and dishwasher). Also we liked the wooden floor - much cleaner than carpet in hotel rooms - the room was clean. We had the Hotel Breakfast Buffet our second morning which I would not recommend - it was overpriced and not very well run. For us, the Starbucks closeby was a better option. For those who like their American Style Food, there is an Outback Steakhouse located on the second floor of the hotel. Overall, I would give it a passing grade mainly based on price and convenient location.
