| "Will definitely stay here again because of the price, location and cleaniness. To me, I just need a comfortable place to sleep after tiring day touring aorund Seoul. Near Subway, eating places, almost 24hour shopping place." |

| "I stayed in a single bed room. The room is clean and quiet, which make my overall rating as kind of "all right". If youare epecting a room like those in hotels, I think the rooms in this residence are slightly different. " |

| "This is the second time I've stayed in Western Coop and there is no doubt that this is the best bargain I can find. My friend also commented on its wonderful location and comprehensive room facilities. As my friend is a Muslim, we make full use of the cooking facilities provided in the room and meals were never a problem. 24-h convenient store and public phone booths were within walking distance from the hotel and not forgetting the shopping malls, train station and nearby places of interest (Cheongyeon Stream is a good place to relax). Will definitely stay in Western Coop for future trip." |

| "Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in May, 2008. The location is really convenient, about 5 minutes walk to Dongdaemun market and the nearby subway station. And you can go to places such as Myeong Dong or Gyongbokkung in just a few minutes by subway. However, I dont think the hotel deserves a 4 star rating as advertised. The room is clean, but the bathroom is a bit small with no bath tub. Overall speaking the hotel is ok, i would say this is a good choice for budget travellers. " |

| "Hotel was good, but staff didn't go out of their way to assist us.
No maps provided like other hotels.
Towels were alittle old, but linen was very good.
All in all, I couldn't complain for the price. " |

| "This place was a fantastic place to stay. Contrary to the comments I read before staying there, there were enough towels for everyone, 5 people in two rooms, which were renewed everyday along with the room being cleaned and the beds made. Additionally the staff were very helpful (in English), they called us taxis whenever we needed them and recommended a good street to find food. My grandparents, great aunt, my mother and I all enjoyed our stay. I definitely recommend it to everyone." |

| "Everything here was pretty much perfect apart from the plumbing. The room was too hot because of the boiler but it was difficult to get hot water too.Initially I thought this was because I turned off the hot water to lower the room temperature but even when I left it on the water in the shower was not very hot." |
