The front desk offer me a room at very high floor is much appreciated. When I ask the front desk for the route of transportation on the last day, the staff there showed helpful and curtesy.

| "The location is very good, there are food everywhr of the vicinity, its jus a 5min walk to the train station and only a 10 min walk to dongdaemun.
The room just looks like a serviced apartment if that is what you are looking for, if you are expecting a hotel kind of comfort, you may be dissapointed.
Front desk are not friendly nor helpful except for the only female staff whom possess a better service attitude.
For example, We request for some help with the air con on the 1st day as all instructions were written in Korean, but were told impatiently to figure it out ourselves.
If you are able to get the availability of rooms via the internet rates, i would think that despite the unhelpfulness of the front desk, it is still a value for money deal, but if you are booking through the "instant confirmation rates" which is 50% more than the internet rates, i believe for the same price, you can afford a better accomodation in a better hotel.

| "I stayed in a single bed room. The room is clean and quiet, which make my overall rating as kind of "all right". If youare epecting a room like those in hotels, I think the rooms in this residence are slightly different. " |

| "This is the second time I've stayed in Western Coop and there is no doubt that this is the best bargain I can find. My friend also commented on its wonderful location and comprehensive room facilities. As my friend is a Muslim, we make full use of the cooking facilities provided in the room and meals were never a problem. 24-h convenient store and public phone booths were within walking distance from the hotel and not forgetting the shopping malls, train station and nearby places of interest (Cheongyeon Stream is a good place to relax). Will definitely stay in Western Coop for future trip." |
