Excellent hotel.
Concierge extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Spoke good english, friendly interaction.
Stress free travelling with this hotel. They arrange everything for you, including stress free wait for the airport transfer bus.
Room was smallish but cosy and luxurious.
Abit pricier but staff, room and location make up for it!
Absolutely recommend.

| "The room was simple and elegant yet modern. The main reason we picked this hotel was because of the English speaking Staff. On one tour we picked up people from other hotels and were surprised at their condition. Not to say that they were bad, but we were used to the Westin Chosun. Though the hotel is expensive we felt that everything was worth the cost. I highly recommend this hotel. My daughter and I went to Korea so she could meet her biological family and I wanted to make this trip special for the both of us. The Westin Chosun helped make this special trip possible." |

| "The hotel is superb, very classy and worth every dollar you pay for it. It is located right in the heart of Seoul and there are plenty of shops in the nearby area. The staff speaks great English and they are very helpful. My room was immaculate, the bed was huge and comfy. There is a coffee machine in the room with complimentary coffee of a few kinds. There was also a complimentary fruit plate in my room. Overall, my whole experience couldn't be better. Highly recommended!" |

| "Superb service started even before check-in. In the airport, when I was queuing up for the 11A airport bus, I was greeted by a Westin lady dressed in an uniform. She matched my name with her list of room guests.
When I get off the bus outside Westin, I was greeted by another Westin lady who helped me with the check-in formalities. Note that the check-in formalities were not done at the front desk, but directly at my hotel room. By doing so, (1) I need not wait at the front desk, (2) I need not wait for the porter to bring up my luggage (3) she can show me how to use the key card to operate the lift, for security reason (4) she can show me how the use the key card to get access to my hotel room.
In the hotel room, I was yet impressed by other caring measures.
Say, the hotel room was equipped with a mobile phone. No rental charges, only calling charges. Also, calls for the hotel room can be forwarded to the mobile phone, so that you need not memorise the mobile phone number but yet can still receive calls directed at the hotel room.
There was an umbrella, iron and ironing board, and also a coffee-making machine in the room.
The hotel is very centrally located - close to Lotte department store, underground shopping arcade, underground rail, and convenient shop.
The price of muffin at its cake shop is also reasonable. I bought one at the cake shop and also at Pacific Coffee round the corner. Both charge 2,000 won. But the muffin bought at Westin's cake shop is larger in size and also tasted better.
Staff are friendly, speak fluent English.

| "This is the second time that I have stayed at the Westin Chosun in Seoul. This is a luxurious hotel and the service is excellent. The location is centralized and within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. I would highly recommend." |

| "Unfortunately, the requests that I have asked through the website, such as the higher floor room, three of the same size single beds, instead of one extra bed, has not been taken by the hotel.
I was also expecting a little bigger size room since I registered the room as "triple room", however, the room we stayed was regular sized double room at 5th floor with one extra bed.
The bath room was clean but nothing realy special.
We liked about the selection of pillows of the hotel.
Location was very good for people who would like to enjoy shopping.
