| "My friend and I were searching intensively for a hotel that didn't burn a hole in our wallets. Young Dong Hotel Seoul was like finding a hidden treasure for me. The hotel is newly built and the location was ideal to all the places we were hitting and most importantly it was inexpensive and clean! Although they are considered small hotel, they have all the things a big hotel provides, like a spa, restaurant, club and business center. I remember last year, I stayed at a big name hotel in Seoul and they charged me for internet service which I didn't know where offered free until my stay at Young Dong.
I will definitely stay there again. I don't understand why some people complain about the size of the room when they are practically paying motel prices.
Solution. Upgrade." |

| "1 Rooms and bed very small.
2 Wanted an extra night lodging, confirmed by two receptionists at front desk but told by the reception from the night shift that price increased. When asked, why, he just said that he is now in charge and the price quoted by the former were wrong. He was very rude and unhelpful. I just checked out and booked another room at another hotel thru your website from the airport.
3 Will definitely not stay in this hotel again.

1.Receiption - Good
2.Room 0511 - Very small room for two people...request for twin beds and was given a 4 ft bed for two persons. Room service and heater not good. Cleaniness - good.
3.location - good near to Shinsa station
4.Will not stay in this hotel in my next visit.
