| "As always, the Lotte Hotel in Ulsan provided excellent service. The only thing I was disappointed in were the sheets on the queen size bed. They were ripped. However, having said that, when I had an early morning check out, I needed to bring my heavy luggage to the bus terminal that was 2 blocks away. Instead of paying a taxi to go that short distance, one of the management gave me a large hotel umbrella and together, we rolled my luggage the 2 blocks. I was surprised and thankful for the help.

| "I had only 3 night stay and used its sauna, swimming pool and Cafe Pennisula. Saunas (steam & dry) are clean and hot (really hot) and there are water pools with 4 or 5 different sets of water temperatures. Lockers, shampoos, towels, etc. were provided. The swimming pool, which is located above the saunas, is relatively small and shallow, allows only 2 to 3 adults at a time. It was clean.
I found the buffet style restaurant is excellent but quality is questionable. I had Japanes Sashimi with the limited choice - salmon, tuna, octpus, scalop and crab meats. It should have a senior citizen discount since I could not eat so much of them.
About room (standard), I found the bath room is cozy and I was not so pleased about it. About 3 months ago, I stayed at Hyundai Hotel in Ulsan where I also noticed a small size bath room. I was told that Korea is a small country and can't afford a big accommodation in general. Overall, it was satisfactory.
The location of the hotel is good - close to department stores and restaurants. But, it was about 20 km away to get to the business location. I would recommend business travellors who need to stay in Ulsan downtown." |

| "Good business class hotel.
One shortcoming in that respect is that the business centre, which is not even "signposted" appears to be only spasmodically manned

| "Hotel Lotte in Ulsan is highly recommended for stay in Ulsan, South Korea. This is a deluxe hotel with all comforts in place for a memorable stay. Preferably take rooms at higher floors for a scenic view of the city and sun-rise." |
