The location of the hotel is great - pretty central, easy access to the Cathedral, buses to other tourist spots. The room has a 'not dry smell' when one enter, TV remote not working and not enough plugs to re-charge all your batteries for cameras.
Service at the counter - is just ok, depends on who you meet at the counter. WIFI only available at the reception area. As the hotel is in a very narrow lane, it's quite quiet except you can hear the diners cheering at the resturant - just at the bottom of the hotel.
Breakfast spread is ok - don't expect a big spread n you won't be that disapointed.

| "Excellent service. Very helpful. Loved all the freebies in the bathroom- very much appreciated.very clean. Would have liked the option of evening mela at the hotel but understand there were plenty of eateries just outside. Buffet at lunchtime also great value. It was the best hotel we stayed in over the holiday and will recommend it to friends. Thanks for a great stay." |
