The 30.000 m2 complex consists of 305 studio type apartments, garden areas and a spacious terrace around a large pool with children's corner (for more comfort, the pool is heated in autumn and winter).
Further facilities include pool bar, restaurant buffet with "show cooking", lounge snack bar, television and parlour game room, air-conditioned indoor pool with hydro-massage and lift for disabled persons, minimarket, conference room, library and fitness room. Outside the building, the complex also offers a small children's playground, hairdresser, travel agency and a large parking lot for cars and motorbikes.
