| "No complaints about the staff at this hotel. Furnishings were a bit run down. Pool was small. At first glance the location seemed great but in fact security in the area put a real damper on things. We weren't allowed to walk down the coastal walkway, in fact couldn't walk more than about a block in any direction due to security. This forces transportation by rikshaw which means negotiating a deal on every move (no metered taxis' that I could find). In my view Colombo is not a nice place to visit, its a go if you must location." |

| "I stay regularly at this hotel and, although a little bit tired around the edges, it is in an excellent location, the staff are very attentive and it has a nice busy ambience. If you request a room on a high floor facing Galle Face Green, then you can enjoy not only a good view of Galle Face Green but also the waves of the Indian Ocean lapping the shore. The rooms are generously proportioned and comfortable. Thoroughly recommended. " |

| "Staye 3 nights at the Galadari Hotel for business.
Clean, spacious, good food and the staff were very courtious. Located in the 'Secure' part of the city - there is a continual presence of armed forces.
Would stay there again - it is safe and offers great facilities pool, Gym etc. " |

| "Where I should start, for those who should combine business and pleasure they should come and visit Sri lanka and stay at Galadari especially at chrismas time. I think you will have all kinds of hospitality from the day you check in to the day you check out and even more.

| "The restaurants and lobby area are spectacular in this hotel, but the rooms are a little dated and smelly (too much cigarette smoke from the old days!!)
Service was very good and location was good too." |

| "Very friendly and helpful staff. Business center (internet) is a rip off. Modest breakfast buffet. Good location, close to public beach, easy to reach town center. Hotel does not allow public taxis to enter hotel premises, have to take overprized hotel taxis." |
