"Mercure has some policy of not changing the beds for two days. Our sheets were stained (we were there with small children) and on the third day we the sheets were still not changed. The refregirator was not working and the staff was really not helpfull with that. Service was very poor, not enough staff. Locatin was ok, the tram is very nearby and quite convenient. "
