"This is the worst experience I ever had in a hotel. First of all and unique experience in my life: When I came back to my room I noticed that 100 Eur were not in my wallet. I talked with the manager and he told me he would try to solve issue, but without any reply until now. Second, there was three electricity cuts for more than 2 hours. They didn´t have any engine at all whereas other hotels in Palmyra they had. Bathroom and room no clean at all. Even bathroom didn´t work. As no electricity, no hot water...Breakfast really disgusting. Just think that we were the only ones in the hotel.... I would never be in this hotel again, and I also said the manager that I would do my best in order nobody goes there because they spoiled my holidays."
