| "the staff at this hotel left us with the best impression. very friendly and helpful... on call all hours. they even drove us to the railway when we left. more luxury than budget hotel, but still excellent value for money. hsinchu is a very warm and comfortable city, and this hotel matches it perfectly." |

| "Overall very good and your staffs were all very polite and well trained. Only one deficiency is that I wonder why most taiwan hotels, including yours that there is no lock for the bathroom door!!! The only one so far I stayed have the door lock is Evergreen hotel in Taichung." |
