| "Finding the place: Not much of a problem as taxi drivers are familiar with the hotel. Checking-in: Most of the service staffs were friendly but I was a bit perturbed that the counter staff TOLD (not asked) me to use mandarin. Room: Classy with a bit of "WOW" factor. A bit disappointed by the view though. Facilities/Amenities: Did not use as I was more interested in sight-seeing. Location: Tucked in a quiet corner. Not very accessible by public transport other than taxi. Far from everything except the "love" river. Checking-out: The bell-hop wanted to take my lugguages up to the room. Others: Security wise, I was not impressed as there was 2 instances of the front-desk staff giving me the key to the wrong room. If they mistakenly gave my key to a crook, I think my notebook computer would not be around anymore. I was also disappointed that I was given a twin room with 2 separate beds, without informing me, despite highlighted that we were honeymooners. If that were the case, I would not even considered the hotel in the first place." |

| "Clean & friendly. Chose a bad night to stay - large party of teenagers making loads of noise.
Room was ok, view of another building dissappointing.
Food looked good but tasted awful.
I'll stay somewhere else next time" |

| "The location is the best in the city, easy to get around and the river walk is great after a long day of business. The renovation a few years back is holding up nicely and the staff improves each time I visit... and they were superb to start with. " |
