| "Finding the place: Not much of a problem as taxi drivers are familiar with the hotel. Checking-in: Most of the service staffs were friendly but I was a bit perturbed that the counter staff TOLD (not asked) me to use mandarin. Room: Classy with a bit of "WOW" factor. A bit disappointed by the view though. Facilities/Amenities: Did not use as I was more interested in sight-seeing. Location: Tucked in a quiet corner. Not very accessible by public transport other than taxi. Far from everything except the "love" river. Checking-out: The bell-hop wanted to take my lugguages up to the room. Others: Security wise, I was not impressed as there was 2 instances of the front-desk staff giving me the key to the wrong room. If they mistakenly gave my key to a crook, I think my notebook computer would not be around anymore. I was also disappointed that I was given a twin room with 2 separate beds, without informing me, despite highlighted that we were honeymooners. If that were the case, I would not even considered the hotel in the first place." |

| "Perfect location! Take a cab from the train station in Koahsuing. This (secondary) train station is about an hour by bus from the High speed rail station (terminal of line).
It is on the river front and has wonderful walks all around. Check out the trail to the left going over the river. You can walk to the fisherman's terminal all on this trail. Asiarooms has the best rates too for almost every city that I have checked.
