| "din manage to get down the names of the staff that served us.. but when we checked in on 27th sep, the two ladies were very helpful and friendly. gave us ideas on where to go and eat in khh. the airconditioning in our room is not cold at all and the bed was a bit too hard for us. toilet lightings were a bit too dark especially at the bathtub. f.y.i" |

| "The location is good and easy to look for food just walking distance, if you want to go to (lui he night market And love river taxi fare from hotel to there Is about NTW$85.00 only).
If you have budget this is a best hotel that worth stay with breakfast,clean and bathroom shower water very strong.
The receptionist, cleaner and manager are very friendly and helpful.
If I have budget I will choose to stay in 5 star hotel if no budget then I choose Gear Hotel.... " |

| "The service staff are all very helpful but the hotel looks so very old. Even when at corridor, it gives some odour as if the hotel has not been ventilated for a long time. The bathroom is tiny with one person in the bathroom and it's totally full.
The breakfast dining area is big though with a spread for breakfast itself.
Honestly, I wont patronize the hotel again. It's just too run down." |

| "The receptionists are all very kind and helpful in guiding us with our itinerary. They were also very curteous even its towards the end of their shift work.
The room was spacious and the bathroom was very clean and hygiene. I would definitely stay in Gear hotel again if I am to travel to Gao Shiung again.
Keep it up staff of Gear Hotel!" |
