| "I stayed there for 3 days. I have to say for a 5-star hotel it is a disappointment. The room is small compared to 3- 4-star hotels. I have the "sea view" but all it does is partition the room with horrible floors with a window too tall to view outside sitting down.
It is very clean though I do have to ask room service to redo my bed when the "new" sheets it gave me has dirt mark on it.
The hotel has great selections of restaurants, and has massage service as well. Overall the service of the restaurant staff is excellent. However, the room is a disappointment, then again all we need to do in there is sleep right?" |

| "Our stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience. We found the room,location and facilities excellent.
We were greeted by the assistant Manager Ryan Parsons,
a fellow Canadian who made the experience of being in Kaoshiung much more pleasurable for us. Staff had good english ability and helped us with transprotaion.
Great view from our window, excellent location ajacent
to major department store with gourmet bakery and grocery store plus many food outlets.
Close to Love river and night markets. Easy place for long walks and sight seeing.
We would be happy to return to the Hotel again. " |
