"Lacking in information for non Chinese speakers. Otherwise a perfetly fine hotel."

"The heated indoor swimming pool was a definitely plus. The hotel staff were courteous and English-proficient. The hotel provided laundry and dry-cleaning service but delivered one wrong item while losing one of my T-shirts. My room felt confined with a single queen size bed. The hotel rate was less than other top hotels in the city even during Lunar New Year. "

"I've stayed at the Linden five times over the last 8 uears. Every visit has been enjoyable and comfortable, with noted improvements in service and accomodations each time. No language problems, good transportation services, and excellent dining. It's a good central location too."

"I had a problem with a leaking toilet in my room but they upgraded to another and everything was Ok. Good value for money."
