| "Great hotel and great staff, if I have one complaint it is that the bed was as hard as concrete. I'm not sure if it was just my room or if all the beds were like that." |

| "We arrived around 23.00 at night. Asked to drink something at bar. there is no any sitting place with horbour view on hotel bar.
then barman sent us 75th floor bar, we went there. There is live music. We asked seeing horbor instead of listening music. Waitress did not allow us to sit on entrance due to that section was close, despite there were only 5-6 people at bar.
Then we sat near high volume music.
We drank 2 beers, but bar charged us a standard, as we have under the their standard service charge. They had to tell it in advance.
As a result, 75th floor bar is own or not to hotel, but teribbly bad service.
The hotel room and elegancy is perfect." |

| "The Splendor is a very clean hotel, with helpful staff. The bathroom is amazing and the view is great. The price is a little high, but for being such a nice hotel, if you want to pay the higher price, it is worth it. There is a great view of the harbor and it is close to the airport. The restaurants below the hotel are quite pricey though. For such a high price for the room, I was disappointed there was no washer or dryer, but you had to pay for laundry service and there is no complimentary continental breakfast, unless you want to pay a lot for it. Overall, it is a good hotel to stay in." |

| "Conveniently located at the city, the Splendor Hotel is blessed with nice city view. Was able to view the harbour as well as the Love River, too, from the room. One regret was that even hotel guests have to pay for entrance to the observatory level of 74th. The bathroom, tough, was superb and well-equipped with spa facilities." |

| "I had no problems of course! Stayed here was really pleasant and I will recommend anyone to stay here. Our room was amazing beautiful with the uninterrupted views. The room is provided with ensuite marble bath, hairdryer, 3 sets of telephones, one IDD line with internet or fax access, built-in room light control panel on telephone sets, individually controlled air-conditioning, mini bar, water boiler and refrigerator, satellite TV and music channel. I was amazed at how attentive the staff was to my need and how quickly I got through check-in (trust me after lugging my bags around, I wanted B-E-D ASAP!!!) Plus the staff were really caring and concerned when I asked them where I could go for headache medicine. The service of the hotel was out standing and no where could beat. I didn’t want to leave the hotel…love it." |
