"This hotel is good & beautiful. My room is big & the view is really good. But, the staffs are not really helpful. There attidute are not good enough. (I asked them some questions, they looked like not willing to anwser me. And, the light of my bathroom was out of order, I called them for help few times, they came after 2 hours.) I think this hotel is better for business meetings or events. That is not good for personal use. In conclusion,I should not come this hotel next time. "

"Large, comfortable room with a great city view, though the bed was pretty hard. Lobby on upper floor takes getting used to and requires elevator transfers. We ended up riding 248 floors to get from our room on the 70th floor to the restaurant on the 75th floor -- process is not too clear, so lots of ups and downs. Seated a large family with children next to us in a largely empty restaurant -- oh well, so much for a romantic dinner with a view. Free parking was a draw."

"Great hotel and great staff, if I have one complaint it is that the bed was as hard as concrete. I'm not sure if it was just my room or if all the beds were like that."

"We arrived around 23.00 at night. Asked to drink something at bar. there is no any sitting place with horbour view on hotel bar. then barman sent us 75th floor bar, we went there. There is live music. We asked seeing horbor instead of listening music. Waitress did not allow us to sit on entrance due to that section was close, despite there were only 5-6 people at bar. Then we sat near high volume music. We drank 2 beers, but bar charged us a standard, as we have under the their standard service charge. They had to tell it in advance. As a result, 75th floor bar is own or not to hotel, but teribbly bad service. The hotel room and elegancy is perfect."

"The view is fantastic and the bathroom quite exceptional. The staff members are cordial and friendly. Miss Shang in the business office was particularly helpful to us when we needed to change our plane tickets."
