| "The room is acceptable for the second and third night. On arrival, I was given a room in the corner of the 7th floor. The room was not in a very shape and it was noisy. I made a complain and the answer was they were fully booked on that day. After demanding from the manager, the room was changed as from the seond night onwards. Following the change, it was OK. I am not at all satisfied witht the first night. " |

| "I found the Hotel staff very welcoming including the restaurant. The food was good quality and enjoyable. A better choice of wines would have been nice.
Room good size and facilities were good.
Certantly would stay there again." |

| "My first encounter was the room door knob. I had difficulties opening it. I was struggling for a while before a friendly chambermaid came to help.
The keychain, made of entirely metal plate of 8 x 3 cm, is quite heavy to carry around.
I was impressed with the spacious room before I realised the air in the room was quite stale.
The hotel uses antenna instead of cable for TV reception. Hence, the TV images were grainy.
The bathroom looks quite old. In addition, the shower head was engraved with stubborn dirt/stain.
Despite all this, the staffs are friendly.

| "The staffs are very friendly and helpful.
The lift doors close too soon for pram, or wheelchair.
The lift is a bit slow.
No indication of location of facilities inside the lift.
Nice breakfast menu. Fruit quality is so-so.
Sound insulation is relatively poor from the corridor.
