"Great location with access to buses, trains, MRT and the HSR. Service was generally good with many staff having a good level of English. Walls a bit thin so can hear the room next door and what's happening in the hall ways. Good for short term stay."

"The location of the hotel was excellent, right next to the main train station and shops. However, the walls of the rooms were thin and so a bit noisy. The service at reception was a little slow sometimes, and we had to wait a while to be served. The food court on the second floor of the train station was very good and also offered free wireless internet, as the internet at the hotel was quite expensive."

"The cleaning staff speaks really loudly early in the morning and can be heard in my room so that was rather annoying as I was woken up by their loud voices daily. There is no wrieless service in the hotel. When I had to check out, I had three pieces of lugguage and also had to carry my handbag and a notebook. The porter and a manager was nice enough to allow the porter to help me carry my luggage to the bus station which was about 5 mins walk away. I really appreciate that good service! "

"Location is excellent. Very near the Taipei main railway station so it is very convenient if you need to take the subway, normal railway or high speed railway. Two doors from the main entrance on the right is a good place to try breakfast the Taiwanese way.The downside was the front desk service. They were sullen and unfriendly. No smiles. disappointing!"

"I had a positive experience. Room size was good. Hotel very neat and clean. Service was good, though most staff struggle with English. Location is perfect. One complaint is that the walls are very thin, so at time I felt that I could hear people "think" next door. I also heard someone play the piano, and it was so loud that it could have been in my room. However at night the noise level was not an issue."
