| "My family was pleasantly surprised that the Hotel upgraded our rooms. The service standard was excellent. The in-house facilities were comprehensive. Both the Japanese restaurant and Sonoma Grill served nice food. During the height of the typhoon crises, the hotel staff, especially the receptionist and concierge, remained cool, calm and professional throughout. They were up to date with the weather information and on the status of the flight departures.

| ":: Comfortable room and good service.
:: Free wireless internet in rooms and in lobby, and bar.
:: Bathroom not sized for a western 6feet, 220pound guy.
:: Clean and friendly staff. good english
:: Location is abit off (depends on what you want) 15-20 mins walk to subway. Mostly small bars around with "massage" and "bargirls". Recommmend however the "Malibu West" just a cross from the back side of the hotel. Nice staff and great Philly steak Sandwich." |

| "It was a 2-night stay in Taipei. The overall service was good and the room (standard) was clean and comfortable, although a little small (with just a tiny window on a side wall). The superior room, according to a friend, was better. Polite staff and efficient service. Not much to see in the neighborhood at night, though. Good overall for medium-priced hotels (I'm talking about the non-peak season rate.)" |

| "The Imperial Hotel is great place to stay in Taipei. The hotel upgraded us for free to club level rooms with comp access to the club level lounge. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Everyone from the housekeeping staff to the front desk and conceriege were friendly and very helpful. This was our family's first visit to Taipei and thanks to the Imperial it was a success. Thanks. | "Mr Sam at customer care helped us all the way. He was very prompt in sending the confirmation letter to our travel agent for arranging of visas. Also after checking out, one of the members felt unwell but he was very kind to arrange for our stay for few hrs in their special lounge till we had to leave for airport." |

| "Overall is good, even through the hotel itself is a little bit old. However, the service and manner of the hotel staff is excellent.
The only thing that I felt not so good is the hotel location, it is quite far away from the MRT." |

| "The room was very small, but the service was outstanding! Everyone was very nice and helpful. The amenities were great and it was very clean. For the price the room was fine, but if you are looking for a bigger room pay the extra money." |

| "The room seems to be renovated recently. There is nice fitting in the room, and a large LCD TV too. The only problem is that the receptionist was not too friendly & was trying to charge extra for early check-in. Also not near to MRT station." |

| "The room and bathroom are very clean, but its location is not very close to the metro transit station. Also, while the airport shuttle bus picks up at the hotel (across the narrow street), it does NOT drop off in front of the hotel, making it inconvenient and a bit confusing." |
