| "The typhoon cut our stay short buy two days. We were there less than 20 hours.
Therefore our evaluation is superficial.
Is there any chance we could be reimbursed for the two nights we did not stay but pre-paid?" |

| "The Hotel was perfectly adequate, but the details on this site were of a completely different hotel! Thankfully the One Star is in a better location than advised, so if you don't mind being messed about for a few hours after a days travelling, this is for you." |

| "we booked 3 rooms and arrived at hotel around 3pm. rooms are only ready at 6pm. breakfast room is very small and limited choice of food. certain staffs are friendly whereas certain are very rude. when we asked for late checkup the night before we left, we are promised that one room was alright for late checkup but on the day itself, we were told that the guy whom promised us has no rights to say so and we have to check out by 12.30pm. this is quite disappointing to us... with the prices we are paying, i believe we are able to get better hotels around that area so will not go back there again. " |

| "The overall service of the hotel was excellent. Extremely helpful and courteous receptionists and they fufilled all my request during my stay there. The room was spacious enough and the facilities in the room was great. Its located at the heart of Ximending and close to the MRT station. Thus, for transport and shopping wise its very convenient. Two-thumbs up!

| "It is a good hotel in such budget price which I don't expect. In a very convinence location to MRT , bus stop, train station and shopping. No fancy decoration or facilities but eveything is function and clean. We stay in a room without window but never mind because it cut off the noise from the busy roads. The room is in very good size and the bed is big enough to swim as my partner said so. The bathroom also another highlight but pity that the bath top is too high and deep that old people may find difficult to climb in. The breakfast is basic but in average to the price. The front desk people is nice and helpful. I suggest that they could make a improvement in the main looby to make it more attractive; i.e. to hide the lauggage rack away and better desk for the computer corner,etc. I don't mind at all to stay in this hotel again in the next visit. " |
