| "What i like about the hotel is that it is situated right smack in the heart of Ximending, which is also very near to the Ximen Station. The hotel staffs are polite and courteous, friendly. The room service is excellent. One thing to point out is the room attendant who clean up the bathroom everyday without fail, rearranging the toiletries in a the proper order for the occupants. If breakfast is included, i think the stay at Rainbow will be most wonderful." |

| "Location was right in XiMending and a very short walk to the metro station. Service was really good. Only issue with the room was its size. It is VERY small! Overall, still a recommended stay for budget travellers." |

| "I'm very glad that i make a reservation with Rainbow hotel during my stay in Taipei,it's located right in Xi men ting shopping area.Easy to find & 5 min walk from Xi Men MRT exit,to get there.Take the airport bus to taipei main station then transit to MRT & travel to Xi Men MRT (Exit 5 or 6 i'm can't remember).Walk straight along the shopping street & you can see the entrance.Room is abit small but clean,similar to HK or japan hotel room,the bathroom is adequate for 2pax.Good enough for budget traveller & families.If you want to purchase local products,there's a shop on the left of the entrance selling it or you can always order it thru the hotel,it taste good though.If you are leaving for the airport,buy the airport bus ticket with the hotel & wait opposite the east dragon hotel.Do not panic if you can't see a airport shuttle bus because they will use a normal bus to fetch you to another area whereby you'll have to switch bus.Enjoy your trip there & i hope my feedback will help." |

| "Very strategic location, ximen station is really within 5 mins walk from the hotel! :) Room size is acceptable, would be good if they may offer a slightly larger room for triple sharing. Bathroom is abit small but still acceptable. Hotel staff are very helpful,informative and we are always greeted with a smile. Will definitely consider staying in Rainbow Hotel again! :)" |

| "My room comes with 2 queen size beds so its terrific for the 3 of us. Everything is fantastic except that the carpet seems to be quite dirty with bits of debris but bedroom slippers are provided so I guess its ok. Room service is great. Towels are plentiful and changed daily and our bathroom are tidied up even including our shower stuff. Bathroom is big and clean as well.
Location is superb, 5 mins away from the train station and there is an abundance of shopping and eateries just located outside the hotel.
Only catch is a short flight of steps (3-4 steps)outside the hotel that you need to carry up your luggage. Its ok when you arrive as luggage are generally lighter than going back :) but the hotel staff did help me to carry my stuff down the stairs.
The hotel even had a arrangement with one of the hotel shuttle bus so you can actually arrange for your transport to the airport a day before you depart." |

| "The bed looks really small to be queen size, nonetheless, it is still able to fit 2 females but for guys, I am not sure.
The room was small but nothing to fuss about it since most of the time,we were not in the hotel.
But on the 3rd day of our stay, the shower started to get stuck and whenever we shower, the toilet will be flooded.
Some of the staffs are really nice & friendly, they are willing to help and very patience in giving direction. However, some were really cold and indifferent. There was once, when the lift door closed and banged onto us, the staffs just treated as nothing happened and did not even ask if we need help or not.
The location is excellent, just 3mins away from the subway and directly in the middle of Xi men ding. All in all, I think Rainbow hotel is good choice for youngster who wants to live near Xi mending." |

| "I enjoyed my stay at rainbow hotel.Though the room was a little small but the service from the recep was great..They are friendly and guide us to whereever we wants to go and after leaving the hotel on the last day,they even wave us goodbye.Location was great!Right at the heart of XMD.I will definately stay at this hotel again!" |
